The AYA white combed cotton bed linen with trimming embroidery is and inspiration of traditional moroccan thread and needle work. It is a meticulous craft that requires a lot of dexterity. The trimmings are handmade by skilled artisans in our workshop in Morocco. Our modern pillow cases and duvet covers have drawstring closures.
It is possible to choose the color of the handmade trimmings.
Multicolor – a set of colors comprises a range. Here it is the color range fog.
“This style is born in the old medina of Marrakech in 1996 when i settle in the city. I wander and source all they long in the old city. There I discover small workshop where men hand stitch traditional moroccan clothes. All details of these clothes are custom made and every person chooses trimming style and color. The little thread balls of the Aya bed linen are used as buttons. Very quickly I have the idea to twist them and give them an other function, to make a personal interpretation out of them “.
